4. Profile Information and Content

4.1

By creating a profile, You grant Us the right to display the information You voluntarily provide on Your public or semi-public profile, in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.

4.2

You are solely responsible for:

• the content You upload
• ensuring that Your content does not violate any law or rights of others

4.3

We may remove or suspend content or profiles that violate these Terms or pose safety risks.

5. No Third-Party Disclosure

5.1

As stated in Our Privacy Policy, We do not disclose, sell, rent, or share any user-provided personal information with third parties, except:

• service providers essential for operating yugasiri.lk, who are bound by confidentiality agreements
• when required under Sri Lankan law, court order, or regulatory request

You expressly agree that any communication You initiate with other users is at Your own discretion and responsibility.

6. Service Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

6.1

Some features of the Platform may require payment ("Premium Services").

Fees once paid are non-refundable, except where required under applicable Sri Lankan consumer law.

6.4

7. Termination and Suspension

You may terminate Your account at any time by deleting Your profile.

7.2

We may suspend or terminate Your account without notice if:

Upon termination:

• Your profile will no longer be visible

8. Intellectual Property

8.2

9. Limitation of Liability

yugasiri.lk provides matchmaking tools but does not guarantee:

• the accuracy of profiles
• compatibility or success in finding a partner
• background verification of users
• safety of in-person meetings

9.2

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any loss, damages, or harm arising from Your interactions with other users
• We are not responsible for unauthorized access to Your account due to Your negligence

9.3

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount You paid for Services in the preceding 12 months.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

10.1

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

10.2

We do not warrant that:

• the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• all data will be perfectly secure
• user content is truthful

10.3

You acknowledge that online services inherently involve risks.

11. User Disputes

11.1

You are solely responsible for resolving disputes with other users.

We may assist at Our discretion but are not obligated to intervene.

12. Sri Lanka–Specific Legal Compliance

• Your interaction with other users
• Any content You submit

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms periodically. Revised Terms become effective immediately upon posting on yugasiri.lk.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
